How do I know my size?
Use our size guide and compare the garment measurements with an outfit that fits you well. Product-specific measurements should take priority when provided.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 2–5 working days in major Pakistani cities. Remote locations and high-volume periods may take longer.
Can I exchange an item?
Eligible unused and unworn items may be requested for size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the returns policy.
How does account verification work?
After signup, login or password recovery, Desifits sends a six-digit code to your email. The code expires after 10 minutes.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery and bank transfer are included. Easypaisa, JazzCash and card payments can be connected after merchant approval and API credentials are available.
Where can I find my invoice?
The invoice is emailed after checkout and is also available in My Account. You can print it or save it as PDF.
